This patient had a breast reduction with mesh using the inferior pedicle technique. She is 5’6″ and weighs 175 pounds. Preoperatively, she was a 36 DDD. At 1 year and 4 months post-op, she is now a mid-C cup. A total of over 700 grams of breast tissue was removed.
