This patient wanted to remove her saline implants while maintaining her previous size (C cup). Her 375 cc saline implants were removed and replaced with Mentor 450 cc High-Profile Xtra silicone implants using a dual-plane, under-the-muscle approach. Lateral sutures were placed to help centralize and support the breasts, and a crescent lift was also performed for subtle elevation. She is shown one month post-op.
