This 58-year-old patient is shown one year post-op following a bilateral breast reduction with lift and axillary liposuction. She is 5’4″ and 170 lbs. A total of 572 grams was removed from the left breast and 412 grams from the right. She has since achieved a small C cup, reduced from her original 38 DDD, with improved breast shape, balance, and proportion.
