This is a 29-year-old who is 5 months post op bilateral breast reduction with a lift. I used the inferior pedicle Wise Pattern technique with liposuction of the axilla. She is 4 ft 11 and 130 pounds. I removed 437 grams off the right and 481 grams off the left. She is now a full C cup.
