This is a 33 year old who requested a rhinoplasty. She wanted a reduction of her nasal dorsum. An open rhinoplasty was performed where the dorsum was reduced and the tip projection was corrected. She also had the pull from her upper lip restored by a removal of bone at the base of her nose called the anterior nasal spine. As you can see in the after pictures, her lip has been enhanced as well as harmony restored to her entire face. He post op photos are from one month post op.
