This is 29 year old who after breast feeding, had extra skin and breast tissue. She had a bilateral mastopexy performed (breast lift). No implant was used just her own tissues were used to give her a more youthful appearance of her breasts. She has an incision around her nipple, vertically down as well as underneath her breasts. This inverted T-incision heals nicely over time to giver her the best shape possible.
