This is a 35 year old mother of two. She has had a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants placed under the muscle. She is 5’6” and weighs 130 pounds She has a 400 gel on the left and a 350 gel on the right to give her more symmetry. The incision was made thru the nipple. She went from a 34 “B” cup to a full “C” cup size."
