This patient is a 34 year old who is was searching for a natural breast augmentation with an incision under the armpit. She underwent a transaxilllary endoscopic breast augmentation with saline implants placed under the muscle. Height 5'5", weight 105, smooth saline implants 270cc bilaterally.
